Linked to the learning methods of the revolutionaries Living City International School, appeared in 2010, a nutrition education project, which culminated in the construction of a restaurant primarily devoted to promoting health and quality of life of students through their eating habits. In EICV, the student learns early on to choose the best options and nutritional care for their health, with support from a dietitian education. Outside school hours, the Living City Restaurant & Caffeteria offers delicious snacks and meals to patrons of Living City Convention Center.

The EICV excellence is always looking to improve their activities. In the overall ranking of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), Brazil is the 53 th position among 65 participating countries. Sure, we still have much to do to change this reality. Restaurant welcomes visit of Sanitary Surveillance

On 17/08/11, the VIVA CITY RESTAURANT & CAFETERIA was visited by the Health Surveillance, watchdog of power supply units and after a rigorous inspection obtained full approval. This means that the restaurant meets all the requirements in the DRC 216/04, ensuring all the technical criteria for Food Safety, Good Food and Standard Operating Procedures.
